If you’re looking to set up indoors, a door opening that’s at least 5 feet wide and a standard 120V outlet is all we need. If you want to set up outside where there is no power, we can bring a generator (extra fee).

Yes! Once you’ve secured Sip Kansas City for your event, we require you to sign a contract and provide a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event. If your event is within 45 days the full amount is due at the time of booking.

Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring your own bartender, or you can take advantage of our complete package, which includes one or more certified bartenders.

Our mobile carts are versatile, equipped with 7 taps that can pour various beverages, including prosecco, draft beer, wine, cocktails, mocktails, sodas and more! Please note state laws prevent us from supplying the alcohol. That means you, the venue, or your caterer must supply the alcohol. When you book our mobile carts for your event, we can provide you with our supplier’s contact information so you can buy your beverages and arrange delivery right to your event!

There is no need to worry about tipping separately, as a 20% gratuity is added onto each package price.

Cancellations 60 days or more before the event will receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations 31-59 days before the event will receive a refund of 50% of their deposit. Cancellations within 30 days before the event are not eligible for a refund

We carry general and liquor liablity insurance, and each bartender has the appropriate certification to serve alcohol.
